BAVTS Students Lend a Hand at the Archie Project Mansion
This past Saturday, a group of hardworking BAVTS students volunteered their time and talents to help clean up The Archie Project Mansion in Easton, PA. Led by Mrs. Vitko (Math Coach and NTHS Advisor), Mr. Karb (Protective Services Instructor and SkillsUSA Advisor), Mrs. Samson (Welding Instructor), and Mr. Montague (Construction Trades Instructor), these students gave up part of their weekend to make a real difference in the community.
The Archie Project is a nonprofit organization working to revitalize abandoned spaces into safe, creative, and inclusive environments for youth mentorship and community outreach. The mansion, an ambitious restoration project, is at the heart of this mission—aiming to become a hub for education, art, and support.
Our students didn’t just show up—they showed heart. From hauling debris to scrubbing walls, their efforts helped breathe new life into a space that will soon serve and inspire countless others.
We’re proud of these future leaders and thankful to our dedicated staff for modeling what service and teamwork truly look like.
